Classical Conversations Director
I collaborated with a church for the use of its building and interviewed potential families and tutors to start a Classical Conversations homeschool community. As a business owner and director, my duties included scouting, hiring, and training tutors to teach and adhere to the Classical Conversations community's Classical homeschool model. Planning and implementing a schedule, and directing meetings according to CC policies were essential in creating a positive environment for students, teachers, and parents. As a face for CC, I communicated with families and coached them through the homeschool process.
